Naomi has spent the last decade empowering business leaders and entrepreneurs to reach more of their potential. She has built a high impact career enabling clients to achieve positive, transformative changes in their personal lives, their organisations and their communities.
A social entrepreneur at heart, she launched first business whilst studying at university. The 4WD Foundation delivered behavioural change programmes to some of London’s most vulnerable young people.
She went on to advise top investment banks on how to attract diverse entry-level talent and build inclusive cultures. Facilitating leadership development and employee engagement initiatives for corporate clients quickly followed. Clients include BP, CBRE, IHG, McDonald’s and Michael Kors.
In 2014 she set up the positive change agency, A Life Less Ordinary Wanted. From FTSE 500 companies in crisis, to individuals at a crossroads in life, Naomi harnesses emotional intelligence to support her clients to become adaptable, compassionate, resilient leaders, building businesses and lives they love.
She graduated from the University of London with BSc Hons in Management. Since graduation has continued learning with WYSE International, Common Purpose and the Coaching Academy.
Naomi volunteers as an ambassador of the Young Women’s Trust and is a trustee of the Donald Chesworth Educational Trust. In her spare time she seeks balance by travelling, meditating and running.
